The grounds of Hopton Hall near Carsington were the venue for our second new summer fair of 2025. Showcasing a wealth of art work including work inspired and created en plein air in their beautiful rose gardens.
Many PDA members regularly participate in Hopton Hall’s Month of Art and our fair coincided with their exhibitoin of work created during the month of July.
Hopton Hall have run the July Month of Art Competition since 2023, which coincides with the beautiful display of roses within the stunning Italianate grounds. There are extensive walks to explore, along with a café and ample parking
The weekend culminated with the awards for best artworks in the Month of Art Competition, as voted for by visitors, and we were delighted when PDA member Lesley Linley was awarded first prize.
