Artist Biography

Handmade jewellery and small precious objects, made from recycled silver and gold, and formed by traditional processes including forging, anticlastic raising, chasing and repoussé.

Annette mostly works in Argentium silver, which is recycled, and is tarnish resistant, together with accents of red or yellow gold.

Recently she has been experimenting with texturing, to produce a rock finish, using pieces of bluestone from the Peak District. She has called this new collection of work ‘Rockhammer’.

Annette’s inspiration comes from gardens, woodland, the seashore and her local environment.
