PDA Members exhibiting across the region and further afield in January 2017.

It may only be January but you can see work by a variety of PDA Members across the region and further afield this month.

It may only be January but you can see work by a variety of PDA Members at four different exhibitions across the region as well as two more that are slightly further afield this month.

You can visit ‘A Symphony of Colour’ to cheer up what can sometimes be a rather grey month which features three PDA members, Juliet Forrest, Maggie Robinson and Janet Mayled who are exhibiting their colourful works alongside ceramist Tony Laverick; the exhibition takes place in the upper gallery at The Foxlowe Arts Centre in Leek, the gallery is open Wednesdays – Saturdays 10.00am – 4.00pm, the exhibition closes on 11th February 2017.

Justine Nettleton is the featured artists at The Cromford Studio and Gallery throughout January 2017, you can see her vibrant artworks alongside her pieces of wearable art inspired by her colourful paintings, at the Cromford Art Gallery; the gallery is open Wednesdays – Sundays between 10.00am – 5.00pm.

Sue Lewis-Blake is taking part in the prestigious ‘Drawing Connections’ exhibition at The Chesterfield Museum and Art Gallery, this exhibition runs until 31st March 2017 and is open on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10.00am – 4.00pm.

Ceramicist Vivienne Sillar will be showing work at Scotland’s Trade Fair at the SECC in Glasgow from 22nd – 24th January 2017, you can find Vivienne and her work at stand H25 in the Home and gift section of the show. Vivienne also has work showing at the RBSA Gallery in Birmingham the exhibition opens on 23rd January 2017 and runs until 30th May 2017.

Finally we are delighted to be holding our fourth winter exhibition in the Stables at Chatsworth where you can see work by 33 members of the group, the work encompasses a wide variety of mediums and styles, the exhibition is open every day between 10.30am – 3.30pm and is located in the Burlington room; our winter exhibition runs until 17th March 2017 and there will be different participating artists on duty every day for you to meet.
